Even though I’m a Holistic Nutritionist, I still think it’s important to indulge in sweet treats. That’s why I created my Layered Raw Vegan Cheesecake. I always keep this on hand because it freezes beautifully and you can quickly thaw a piece for a guilt-free treat! And I’ve totally had this for breakfast before, too.
I love shaving raw asparagus into thin little ribbons to create a super fresh salad. All it needs is a little olive oil and lemon juice dressing to bring the flavour of the spring veggie to life.
