1. Terms
This website, katiestewartwellness.com (the "Site"), is owned and operated by Katie Stewart Wellness Inc. ("KSW," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products, services, and tools available through the Site or from KSW. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to change these Terms or to impose new conditions on use of the Site from time to time, in which case we will post the revised Terms on this website. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms as modified.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to purchase any product, program, or service from KSW. If you are between the ages of 16 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Digital Products, Courses & Programs
KSW offers a range of digital products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Self-paced online courses
  • Group programs and cohort-based experiences
  • Memberships (recurring billing)
  • 1:1 coaching and consultations
  • Ebooks, guides, and downloadable resources
  • Low-ticket digital offers
  • AI-powered tools and digital products

When you purchase a digital product or program, you are purchasing one single licence for personal, non-commercial use. Duplicating, sharing, uploading, or distributing product files (including to file-sharing sites, group chats, or other AI tools) is considered theft of intellectual property and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
All KSW digital products are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly authorized by us, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email, social media, or AI training datasets) any material from our products. You may, from time to time, download and/or print one copy of individual pages for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.

Currency Policy
As an international business, all digital products are priced in USD to reflect the use of an internationally recognized currency.

Refund Policy
Digital products (courses, ebooks, guides, low-ticket offers): All sales are final. No refunds, no exceptions.
Memberships: Memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment. After the minimum, you may cancel anytime by giving at least 14 days' written notice before your next renewal date. Once a payment has been processed, no refund will be issued for that billing cycle.

  • 1:1 coaching and consultations: All sales are final. If you need to reschedule, please refer to your program's specific rescheduling policy.
  • Lab testing: All testing fees are non-refundable once a kit has been ordered or processed.
  • Payment plans: Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to the full purchase price. If a scheduled payment fails, your access to the program or product will be paused until the account is brought current. Repeated missed payments may result in loss of access and the remaining balance becoming immediately due.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing so you know exactly what you're getting.

Technology
You are responsible for ensuring you have the technology needed to access our online programs and tools. Refunds will not be issued based on technical issues on your end. We are not liable for technical issues beyond the steady serving of our own website.

Add-On Packages & Consultations
If you register for an add-on package, it is your responsibility to use it by the posted deadline. No extensions will be offered. If your package includes a consultation, you must book it before the deadline. KSW is not responsible for transactions or bonuses offered through third-party companies in connection with our programs.

Supplements & Testing
Supplements and additional testing may be recommended as part of a program or coaching engagement. These are at your own expense and are not included in your program fee unless explicitly stated.

Delivery & Downloads
Download links for digital products are valid for one (1) download per link. It is your responsibility to know where downloaded files are saved on your computer and to back them up. KSW is not responsible for lost documents or computer mishaps. Replacement download links will not be provided.

Delivery of digital products and access details should arrive within five minutes of purchase via an automated system. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please:

  1. Confirm that payment went through.
  2. Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
  3. Check your junk, spam, or promotions folders.

If you still can't find it, email support@katiestewartwellness.com and someone will get back to you within 48 business hours.

4. AI Tools & AI-Powered Products
KSW uses artificial intelligence in several ways across our business, including:

  • AI-assisted content creation, research, and administrative work behind the scenes
  • AI features built into select courses, memberships, and programs
  • Custom GPTs, chatbots, and AI-powered HTML tools available to clients and the public

By using any KSW AI tool, custom GPT, chatbot, or AI-powered digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Educational Use Only
All KSW AI tools are provided for educational and self-assessment purposes only. They are not a substitute for personalized professional advice, medical care, diagnosis, or working directly with a qualified practitioner. The outputs of any AI tool should not be interpreted as medical advice, a diagnosis, or a personalized protocol.

Not a Replacement for Professional Care
AI tools are a starting point, not a replacement for working 1:1 with a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, your physician, or another qualified healthcare provider. Always consult a licensed professional before making changes to your diet, supplement routine, lifestyle, or any aspect of your healthcare.

Privacy When Using AI Tools
Do not enter personally identifying health information, full names, contact details, or other sensitive personal data into any KSW AI tool. While we take reasonable steps to protect user privacy, AI conversations may be processed by third-party AI providers, and you use these tools at your own discretion.

Ownership of Inputs and Outputs
You retain ownership of the information you input into KSW AI tools. KSW retains all ownership rights to the AI tools themselves, including the underlying prompts, design, code, branding, and educational frameworks (such as the 5 Acne Clearing Pillars). You may use AI tool outputs for your own personal, non-commercial reference. KSW makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

Restrictions on Use

You may not:
  • Use KSW AI tools for any commercial purpose
  • Resell, redistribute, or share access to KSW AI tools
  • Use AI tool outputs to train, fine-tune, or build other AI models or competing products
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts, instructions, or proprietary frameworks
  • Use KSW AI tools in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law

KSW reserves the right to revoke access to any AI tool at any time, with or without notice, for misuse or violation of these Terms.

5. Affiliate Links & Product Recommendations
KSW may include affiliate links to products and brands we genuinely use, love, and recommend (including through Shop My, supplement dispensaries, and other affiliate platforms). When you purchase through one of these links, KSW may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. These commissions help support the free educational content we share.

We only recommend products that align with our values and standards. However, KSW is not responsible for the quality, safety, or claims made by third-party brands. Any purchase you make through an affiliate link is a transaction between you and the third-party retailer, governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Use Licence
Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials (information, ebooks, programs, freebies) on KSW's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software or AI tool contained on KSW's website
  • Use the materials to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI model or machine learning system
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by KSW at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon termination of this licence, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

7. Community & Conduct
In any KSW space (including course comment sections, group programs, social media, and email), we expect respectful, kind communication. Harassment, hate speech, spam, self-promotion, or behaviour that disrupts the experience of other clients will not be tolerated. KSW reserves the right to remove anyone from a paid program, course, or community space for violating this conduct standard, without refund.

8. Medical Disclaimer
The information contained on katiestewartwellness.com (the "Site"), in our digital products, courses, programs, AI tools, emails, and other communications is for educational purposes only and is not intended nor designed to be a substitute for professional medical advice. KSW does not diagnose, prescribe for, or claim to address any disease or condition.

Nothing we share with our online community, clients, or AI tool users is intended to substitute for the advice or diagnosis of a qualified licensed physician. We do not make any medical diagnoses or claims, nor do we substitute for your personal physician's care. The role of a Registered Holistic Nutritionist is to partner with clients to provide ongoing support and accountability in an opt-in model of self-care, and should be done under the supervision of a licensed physician.

You should always consult your physician or healthcare provider to determine the appropriateness of any information for your own situation, or if you have any questions regarding a medical condition or care plan. Never rely on information on this website, in our products, or from our AI tools in place of seeking professional medical advice.
KSW assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the contents of the Site, our products, or our AI tools. In no event shall KSW be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site, our products, our AI tools, or the contents thereof. KSW reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to any content at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitations
In no event shall KSW or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials, AI tools, or services on KSW's website, even if KSW or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on KSW's website, in our digital products, and in our AI tools could include technical, typographical, photographic, or AI-generated errors. KSW does not warrant that any of these materials are accurate, complete, or current. KSW may make changes to materials at any time without notice and does not commit to updating them.

11. Links to Third-Party Sites
KSW has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by KSW. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that province.
