Ingredients

  • 1 pint grape tomatoes finely chopped
  • ½ red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley and/or cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Sprinkle garlic powder
  • Unrefined salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Serve.
