Wild Blueberry Brain-Boosting Smoothie Bowl

- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk Beverage
- ½ cup Wild Blueberries
- ½ Avocado
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1-2 tbsp Raw Honey or 1-2 Medjool Dates
Optional Toppings:
- Frozen Berries of Choice
- Crushed walnuts
- Shaved Stevia-Sweetened Dark Chocolate
Add all the ingredients in a blender and combine until well mixed.
Pour in to a bowl and sprinkle with desired toppings.
Makes two small servings or one large (great fuel for pre workout).
