Wild Blueberry Brain-Boosting Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk Beverage
  • ½ cup Wild Blueberries
  • ½ Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1-2 tbsp Raw Honey or 1-2 Medjool Dates

Optional Toppings:

  • Frozen Berries of Choice
  • Crushed walnuts
  • Shaved Stevia-Sweetened Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and combine until well mixed.
  • Pour in to a bowl and sprinkle with desired toppings.
  • Makes two small servings or one large (great fuel for pre workout).
