Super Quick Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup filtered water
  • ¼ cup quinoa flakes
  • ½ organic fruit blueberries or bananas are my fav!
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp nut butter I used cashew
  • 1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 drop doTERRA cinnamon essential oil or sub 2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch pink rock or grey sea salt

Optional Add-Ins

  • 3 tbsp Manitoba Harvest hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp collagen
  • 1 tsp sunflower lecithin

Instructions

  • Bring water to boil.
  • Remove from heat and stir in quinoa flakes and chia seeds.
  • Add in remaining ingredients and any (or all) add-ins if using.
