Super Quick Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients

filtered water

quinoa flakes

organic fruit
blueberries or bananas are my fav!

cacao powder

nut butter
I used cashew

tbsp
raw honey
or maple syrup for vegan

tsp
coconut oil
1
tsp
chia seeds
1
drop doTERRA cinnamon essential oil
or sub 2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch
pink rock or grey sea salt
Optional Add-Ins

Manitoba Harvest hemp seeds

tbsp
cacao nibs

tbsp
collagen

tsp
sunflower lecithin
Instructions
Bring water to boil.
Remove from heat and stir in quinoa flakes and chia seeds.
Add in remaining ingredients and any (or all) add-ins if using.
