- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/8 tsp ginger powder
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
- Optional:
- ½ tsp butterfly pea flower powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
