Ayurvedic Sleep Tonic

Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ½ cups warm unsweetened non-dairy milk of choice
  • 2 medjool dates
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
  • Optional:
  • ½ tsp butterfly pea flower powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until well combined.
  • Enjoy one hour before bed or anytime you need to relax.
