- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp raw cacao
- 2 tbsp beet powder
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp unrefined salt
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined. If you don't have a food processor, mix very well by hand.
Roll into 1-2" balls depending on desired size.
Store in the fridge and consume within 3-5 days.
