Ingredients
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- 1 lime jucied (or 2 tablespoons lime juice)
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey
- Sparkling water
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Thinly slice the cucumber and set aside a few slices for garnishing.
- Juice the lime.
- Tear a handful of fresh basil leaves.
Mix the Mocktail:
- In a cocktail shaker or mason jaw, combine the cucumber slices, lime juice, and honey and basil.
- Muddle the ingredients gently to release the flavours.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with additional cucumber slices and basil leaves.
