Lime

Raw Honey

Cucumber Basil Mocktail

This cucumber basil mocktail is a perfect hydrating drink on a hot summer's day that will quench your thirst and support your skin!
Servings: 2 glasses

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lime jucied (or 2 tablespoons lime juice)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Thinly slice the cucumber and set aside a few slices for garnishing.
  • Juice the lime.
  • Tear a handful of fresh basil leaves.

Mix the Mocktail:

  • In a cocktail shaker or mason jaw, combine the cucumber slices, lime juice, and honey and basil.
  • Muddle the ingredients gently to release the flavours.
  • Add ice to the shaker.
  • Shake well until chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  • Top with sparkling water.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with additional cucumber slices and basil leaves.
