Warm Gingerbread Smoothie

The perfect smoothie to whip up before dashing out the door for holiday shopping and visits to the relatives.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warmed coconut milk cashew or almond work great too
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground clove
  • 1 pinch pink rock or grey sea salt

Optional boosters:

  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed collagen
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp sunflower lecithin
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients (including any or all boosters if using) in the blend. Mix on high until blended well.
