Avocados are one of my favourite ways to make my chocolate recipes super creamy and decadent without the dairy. When you combine them with all the other yummy ingredients in this recipe, you get the most delicious little Chocolate Avocado Truffles. They are so super easy to make and you only need 5 base ingredients. My clients over in The Clear Skin Solution love this recipe!
Nature’s Superfood
Most people tend to think of superfoods as exotic dried berries and bright coloured powders that boost your health. While those are definitely worthy of the “superfood” title, many regular ol’ fruits and veggies deserve that title too, especially avocados. They’re brimming with anti-inflammatory properties and disease-fighting antioxidants.
Avocados help promote healthy skin thanks to their huge content of good fats and vitamins E and C. These beneficial fats help keep your skin flexible, supple, and moisturized. They also have additional compounds that help protect your skin from sun damage.
