Ingredients
- 2 peaches (pit removed and diced)
- 10 grape tomatoes (diced)
- 1/3 cup red onion (minced)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint (finely chopped)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1 small garlic clove (minced)
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
