Many essential oils can improve the health of your hair due to their moisturizing, soothing, and enriching properties. I love using this Nourishing Essential Oil Hair Mist to help keep my hair luscious, full of shine, and in good condition all year long.
Lavender, Rosemary, and Clary Sage essential oils are perfect to help rejuvenate and repair lackluster hair. They’re great if you’re dealing with dry and damaged locks. Cedarwood has wonderful clarifying properties that help keep your scalp healthy.
You can check out ConsumersAdvocate.org to see the extensive testing they did on some of the most popular essential oils on the market — including doTERRA. They are one of the very few companies tested that showed no adulteration in their oils.
As a Board Certified Essential Oil Practitioner, I only trust and use doTERRA’s high-quality essential oils. Book an essential oil consult call with me if you’re looking to use their oils.
Native to North America, witch hazel is a natural astringent made from the bark of a plant called Hamamelis virginiana (aka American Witch Hazel). Astringents are known to help constrict skin tissue which reduces pore size and relieves dry skin. Witch hazel has a long list of ailments it can help remedy but, when it comes to your hair, it’s best at helping reduce scalp irritation and dandruff. Witch hazel is the base in this nourishing essential oil hair mist.
