The Chinese Body Clock
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, each organ has a two-hour window when its energy peaks. When you keep waking at 3am or feel sluggish at 2pm, your body's giving you intel on what needs attention.

How to read it
Pick the time you're noticing a pattern. Maybe you wake up nightly between 1 to 3am (that's liver), or you crash hard around 3pm (small intestine). The body clock helps you connect symptoms to the organ system asking for support.

Pick a time above. Each two-hour block reveals which organ is most active and what your body is up to.
Common patterns
- Waking 1 to 3am? Liver. Often tied to detox load, blood sugar, or stress.
- Waking 3 to 5am? Lungs. Grief, unprocessed emotion, or respiratory load.
- Energy crash 1 to 3pm? Small intestine. Look at lunch quality and absorption.
