Beyond Diet and Exercise: How Functional Testing Cleared Tania’s Skin
Tania had been dealing with acne for decades, with breakouts mainly on her cheeks, jawline, and temples.
As a health coach, her diet was on point. She took all the “right” acne supplements you see online and taught Barre classes, working out six days a week. On paper, she was doing everything right for a healthy lifestyle, living the sunshine life in Mexico.
