Herb & Garlic Scones
Savoury scone perfect for enjoying alongside soup.

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup arrowroot
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp herbs of choice
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp oil for brushing the top
- Optional: 1/2 cup nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavour
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined (crumbly texture).
Place on lined baking sheet and shape into a circle about 2" thick. Cut like a pizza into 8 slices.
Separate the pieces from each other slightly. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a little sea salt (if desired).
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
