A hearty and nutrient dense granola, naturally sweetened with maple syrup. Adds the perfect crunch to yogurt, smoothie bowls or porridges.

cups
of gluten-free organic rolled oats
1

raw pecans
almonds work great too!
½
cup
pumpkin seeds
½
cup
cacao nibs
½
cup
unsweetened coconut flakes
½
cup
apple juice sweetened cranberries
½
cup
coconut oil
melted
¼
cup
maple syrup or coconut syrup
½
tsp
pink rock or grey sea salt
1
drop cinnamon essential oil
sub 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If you have smaller baking sheets, use two.
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Drizzle the granola with coconut oil and maple syrup and stir together.
Pour the granola on to the baking sheet(s) in a single layer.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring half way.
Store in an airtight container (I use a 2L mason jar).
