Simple Vegan Golden Milk

A warming and comforting drink full of nutrients. Perfect snack or pre-bed relaxer.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 4 medjool dates pitted (or 1 tbsp sweetener of choice: maple syrup, coconut syrup, or honey if not vegan)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp turmeric ground
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 tsp ginger ground

Optional:

  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts vegan protein option
  • 2 tbsp grass-fed collagen non-vegan protein option
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom

Instructions

  • Warm the milk on the stove top over medium-high heat.
  • Add to the blender with remaining ingredients and any optional ingredients if using.
  • Blend until well combined.
