Simple Vegan Golden Milk
A warming and comforting drink full of nutrients. Perfect snack or pre-bed relaxer.

- 3 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 4 medjool dates pitted (or 1 tbsp sweetener of choice: maple syrup, coconut syrup, or honey if not vegan)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp turmeric ground
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1/4 tsp ginger ground
Optional:
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts vegan protein option
- 2 tbsp grass-fed collagen non-vegan protein option
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
Warm the milk on the stove top over medium-high heat.
Add to the blender with remaining ingredients and any optional ingredients if using.
Blend until well combined.
