The Cycle Almanac — A cycle tracker built for acne girls | Katie Stewart Wellness

Launch pricing has ended

For acne girls, finally

Your skin has been running on a 28-day clock. You just couldn't see it.

The Cycle Almanac is the first web-based cycle tracker built for acne girls. Sync your food, movement, and skincare to the phase you're actually in. Watch your skin's monthly pattern show up on the built-in face map.

If you've ever wondered why your jawline breaks out the same week every month, it's because it's supposed to. You've just never had a tool that could show you why.

Show me my pattern

$47 once. Or $9.99/month forever after Thursday. After 5 months, the one-time pays for itself.

Why this exists

You've tried the other apps. Here's what they miss.

Flo, Clue & every other period tracker

  • Tracks your period. Stops there.
  • No connection between ovulation and the cyst that shows up two weeks later.
  • No face map. No skin pattern. No idea your jawline is on a 28-day schedule.
  • Built for fertility or PMS. Not for skin.

The Cycle Almanac

  • Plots your breakouts on a face map and connects them to the phase that caused them.
  • Tells you when ovulation lands and what shows up two weeks later.
  • Shows you which week to slow down, which week to push, which week to leave your skincare alone.
  • Built by an acne nutritionist who's worked with 3,000+ clients.

The basics, fast

Wait, what's cycle-driven acne?

✦ · ✦

Hormonal acne isn't random. It's clocked to your menstrual cycle. The breakout that shows up today was actually set up about two weeks earlier, at ovulation, when androgens start to rise and your skin's oil glands shift gears.

As estrogen drops and progesterone climbs through your luteal phase, sebum thickens, pores trap more debris, and inflammation rides higher. That's why jawline cysts arrive the same week every month, almost like clockwork.

Most people are reacting to today's breakout. Once you can see your cycle, you can get ahead of it.

Katie Stewart, Acne Nutritionist (RHN, FDN-P)

From Katie

I built this because I needed it.

I'm Katie Stewart, Acne Nutritionist (RHN, FDN-P). I've spent the last decade inside the skin stories of more than 3,000 clients, and the pattern was impossible to miss. The women whose skin shifted fastest were the ones who started tracking their cycle.

The problem was simple. No app showed them the connection between their cycle and their skin. They'd track a period, and that was it. Nothing tied the breakout on day 22 to the ovulation window on day 14, or to the meal on day 18, or to the stress on day 20.

So I built it. The Cycle Almanac is the same lens I use in 1:1, organized around the five pillars I work in every day: Gut, Detox, Hormones, Nervous System, and Skin Barrier. It gives you the view I wish my clients had walked in with.

Honest moment

What happens if you keep guessing.

  • ·You're still buying $400 skincare protocols hoping one of them sticks.
  • ·You're still canceling plans the week your jawline lights up.
  • ·You're still Googling “hormonal acne” at 11pm with 14 tabs open.
  • ·You're still trying random supplements without knowing which pathway is actually backed up.
  • ·You're still waking up bracing for the bathroom mirror.
  • ·You're still working on the wrong week of your cycle and wondering why nothing changes.

See it in action

The 5-minute walkthrough.

How it works

The Cycle Almanac shows you the pattern.

You log where you are in your cycle. You log your breakouts as they come. The face map plots them where they show up. The cycle reports start building trend lines across your last six cycles.

Within one cycle, the calendar starts to look less like chaos and more like a rhythm. You'll see the week your jawline tends to flare. You'll see which day to slow down. You'll see when ovulation lands and what shows up two weeks later.

No more guessing what your skin is doing or why. You're holding the map.

Multiple Cycle Almanac screens showing reports, tracker, and check-in

Two cycles from now

Picture the version of you who already knows.

You see the cyst before it shows up

It's Thursday. You open the Almanac. Day 19. The Almanac flags this as your jawline week. You move your big dinner, swap your active serum for the gentle one, and the cyst that would've ruined Saturday never lands.

You stop canceling plans

You used to brace every Sunday night, scanning the mirror for what was coming. Now you know what's coming. You plan around it. The wedding falls on day 8. You already know your skin will be on your side.

Your skincare actually matches your skin

You stop overcorrecting on a quiet week and stop under-supporting on a cyst week. The Almanac tells you what's safe this week. No more 11pm Sephora rabbit holes.

You stop asking the internet what's wrong

Six cycles in, you have a written record of your own body. Your patterns. Your triggers. Your wins. You stop Googling “hormonal acne” at midnight because the answer is in your dashboard.

Real questions

Honest answers to what you're probably wondering.

I'll never keep up with logging. Is this going to be another thing I abandon?+

The daily check-in takes under 60 seconds. Most people do it while their coffee brews. You don't need to log every field, every day. Even logging breakouts as they come and your period when it arrives is enough for the face map and reports to start showing your pattern. The Almanac is built to be useful at 30 seconds a day, not punishing at 10 minutes.

How is this different from Flo, Clue, or my Apple Health app?+

Those apps track your period. The Cycle Almanac tracks your skin against your cycle. It plots your breakouts on a face map, connects them to the phase that caused them, and gives you the lens an acne nutritionist would use in a 1:1. None of the other apps do this because none of them were built by someone who's worked with 3,000+ acne clients.

Is this another period app?+

No. Period apps track your cycle. The Cycle Almanac tracks your cycle and maps it to your skin. The Interactive Face Map is the same clinical tool Katie uses with her 1:1 clients. No other app does this.

I'm post-pill. Will this work for me?+

Yes. The post-pill window is one of the most common situations Katie's clients come in with. The Cycle Tracker helps you map what your cycle is actually doing as it returns. The Almanac Library has dedicated post-pill articles.

I don't have a regular cycle. Is this still for me?+

Yes. The tracker logs what your body is actually doing, not what a textbook says it should. Many clients use the Almanac specifically to find a pattern in an irregular cycle.

How long until I see the pattern?+

Most clients see it within 1 to 3 cycles. The Cycle Reports build the trend automatically as you log.

Do I have to log every day?+

No. The app works best with daily check-ins, but missing days won't break it. Log when you can.

What if I cancel after the launch?+

You won't be billed monthly during the launch. The $47 is a one-time payment that locks you in at $47. After the launch closes, new buyers pay $9.99/month.

Is my data private?+

Yes. Your photos and logs are encrypted. Your data is never sold.

Launch has closed

Stop guessing your cycle.

The Cycle Almanac plus the full bonus stack is $47 today. After the launch closes, new buyers pay $9.99/month and the bonuses come off the table.

One small yes here gets you the same lens Katie uses inside her 1:1 practice, in your pocket, for the rest of your cycles.
