Sweet & Salty Maca Bliss Balls

The perfect snackable treat with protein, fibre, and good fats. Plus, a little hormone balancing thanks to the maca powder. Nut-free!

Ingredients

  • 10 medjool dates pitted
  • ½ cup unsweetened dried coconut shredded
  • ¼ cup sunflower seed butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds ground
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • ½ tsp unrefined salt
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in the food processor except for the cranberries.
  • Pulse until it resembles a sticky powder.
  • Add in cranberries and pulse until broken down but chunks still visible.
  • Roll in to 1” balls (if the mixture is too soft, chill in the fridge for an hour).
  • Store in a single layer in the fridge as they will melt slightly if left on the counter.
