Ingredients

medjool dates
pitted

cup
unsweetened dried coconut
shredded
¼
cup
sunflower seed butter
2
tbsp
chia seeds
ground
1
tbsp
coconut oil
2
tsp
maca powder
1
tsp
pure vanilla extract
1
tsp
cinnamon
ground
½
tsp
unrefined salt
¼
cup
dried cranberries
sweetened with apple juice
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in the food processor except for the cranberries.
Pulse until it resembles a sticky powder.
Add in cranberries and pulse until broken down but chunks still visible.
Roll in to 1” balls (if the mixture is too soft, chill in the fridge for an hour).
Store in a single layer in the fridge as they will melt slightly if left on the counter.
