Prepare the meat: In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, spices and seasonings. Combine well and form into about 8 balls.
Sear the meatballs: In a large pan, heat a little avocado oil over medium heat. Sear each side of the meatballs for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
Set up the slow cooker: Pour the marinara sauce into the slow cooker and place the meatballs on top of the sauce. Turn the slow cooker to low and cook for 6-8 hours.
Serve: Enjoy with cauliflower mash, spaghetti squash, or your favorite gluten-free pasta.
