Sleepy Girl Mocktail

Ingredients

  • ½ cup tart cherry juice (or 1–2 tbsp tart cherry concentrate)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 scoop magnesium glycinate powder
  • 1 cup prebiotic soda or fizzy drink of choice (see blog for recommendations)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Add tart cherry juice or concentrate to the glass.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime directly into the glass.
  • Add the magnesium glycinate powder and stir gently until dissolved.
  • Top it off with your soda water or fizzy drink.
  • Give it one final stir, sip, and enjoy this refreshing, mineral-boosting drink!

Notes

  • Tart Cherry Concentrate:
    If you’re using concentrate, dilute 1–2 tablespoons in ⅓ to ½ cup of water before adding it to the recipe.
