Lemon Blueberry Gut Gummies

These gut gummies take less than 10 minutes to make and are super delicious bite sized snacks that help protect the gut lining and promote clear skin.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries any chopped fresh or frozen fruit will work
  • ½ cup canned full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp raw honey

Optional: 4 drops doTERRA lemon essential oil

Instructions

  • If using candy molds, place them on a cutting board that will fit in your fridge for easy transferring.
  • Add fruit, coconut milk and lemon juice to the blender. Puree until smooth.
  • Transfer to a small sauce pan and warm over low heat.
  • Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Do not let boil or gelatin will clump.
  • Remove from heart and stir in honey.
  • Pour mixture into candy molds or a 9x9 glass dish.
  • Refrigerate for an hour.
  • Remove from molds or cut into desired sized gummies in dish.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

I use Great Lakes Gelatin and purchased it on Amazon -- along with the candy molds.
