Homemade Vegan Eggnog

Decadent holiday eggnog without the eggs and vegan friendly! Comes together in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup full fat canned coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until well combined.
  • Refrigerate overnight for the best flavour and mix in the blender for 30 seconds to make it frothy before serving.
  • Pour into cups and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
