Homemade Vegan Eggnog

Ingredients

cups
unsweetened non-dairy milk

cup
full fat canned coconut milk
1/4
cup
maple syrup
1
tbsp
vanilla extract

tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2
tsp
ground nutmeg
1/8
tsp
sea salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until well combined.
Refrigerate overnight for the best flavour and mix in the blender for 30 seconds to make it frothy before serving.
Pour into cups and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
