2cupshomemade chicken or turkey bone broth(sub store-bought chicken stock)
¼cupturkey drippings from pan
1-3tbsparrowroot powder(depending on desired thickness)
½tspunrefined sea salt
¼tsponion powder
1/2tspgarlic powder
1tspdried herbs(I use thyme or rosemary)
Instructions
Over medium heat, mix the drippings and desired amount of starch together. Cooking for a few minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir constantly until the sauce thickens.

Want a thicker gravy? Ladle out a small amount of the gravy into a bowl and add a bit more arrowroot startch. Return this mixture to the gravy and mix well.
