Healthy Hot Chocolate (Only 5 Minutes + Dairy-Free!)

A decadent hot chocolate full of antioxidants to boost your health in the cold winter months.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups hot unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1-2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tsp nut butter of choice (cashew, almond, hazelnut)
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch unrefined sea salt

Optional:

  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp pure peppermint extract
  • 2 scoops collagen powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a blender, including any optional ingredients, and blend on high until well combined. If you don’t have a blender, use a whisk and mix well.
  • Pour into two cups and enjoy!
