Notes
I used Primal Palate’s Pumpkin Spice blend. If you don’t have access to a sugar-free pumpkin spice, mix together:
2 tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Ground Ginger
1 tablespoon Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tablespoon Ground Allspice
1/2 tablespoon Ground Cloves
For those who wish to make an alcohol version, swap the water for your favourite bottle of organic white or sparkling wine.
