5-Minute Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing
Simple vegan ranch dressing for salads and vegetables.

- 1 ½ cups vegan mayo I used soy-free vegenaise
- ½ cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk use less for a thicker dressing
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
Pour into a glass mason jar and store in the fridge.
Stays fresh for a minimum of 7 days.
I find it tastes even better the next day once the flavours have had time to meld together.
