5-Minute Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing

Simple vegan ranch dressing for salads and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups vegan mayo I used soy-free vegenaise
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk use less for a thicker dressing
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Pour into a glass mason jar and store in the fridge.
  • Stays fresh for a minimum of 7 days.

Notes

I find it tastes even better the next day once the flavours have had time to meld together.
