Ingredients

cup
unsweetened non-dairy milk

banana

cup
organic berries
blueberries, cherries, and/or blackberries
¼
avocado
1
tbsp
pumpkin seeds
1
tbsp
collagen powder
1
tbsp
raw honey
2
drops doTERRA lemon essential oil and/or 1 tsp lemon juice
Optional boosters:
1
tsp
Hawaiian spirulina
1
tsp
omega-3 fish or algae oil
1
tsp
maca powder
hormone balancing
Instructions
Add all ingredients, including any boosters if using, into a blender.
Blend on high until well combined.
Pour into glass and enjoy!
