The Shamrock Shake
The perfect smoothie to enjoy before a night of celebrating or the morning after. Full of nutrients to help you lessen the dreaded hangover.

- 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut or cashew milk
- 1 banana
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup baby spinach
- 1 tbsp grass-fed collagen protein + good for your gut, skin, hair, and nails
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp Hawaiian Spirulina
- 2 drops doTERRA Spearmint Essential Oil or 1 tsp pure mint extract
- Pinch unrefined salt
Combine all ingredients in the blend and blend until smooth.
If you find the smoothie too thick, add a little bit of filtered water to thin it out.
