The Shamrock Shake

The perfect smoothie to enjoy before a night of celebrating or the morning after. Full of nutrients to help you lessen the dreaded hangover.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened coconut or cashew milk
  • 1 banana
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed collagen protein + good for your gut, skin, hair, and nails
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp Hawaiian Spirulina
  • 2 drops doTERRA Spearmint Essential Oil or 1 tsp pure mint extract
  • Pinch unrefined salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in the blend and blend until smooth.
  • If you find the smoothie too thick, add a little bit of filtered water to thin it out.
