Turmeric Roasted Cashews
A perfect snack filled with skin-loving anti-inflammatory properties.

- 2 cups raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½-1 teaspoon unrefined salt
- Freshly cracked pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Spread coated cashews in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cashews are golden brown. Stir half way through cooking.
