Turmeric Roasted Cashews

A perfect snack filled with skin-loving anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½-1 teaspoon unrefined salt
  • Freshly cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Spread coated cashews in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cashews are golden brown. Stir half way through cooking.
