- 6 stalks kale
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 whole pineapple peel and quartered
- 1 whole lemon peeled and quartered
- 1 ” piece ginger
Wash and prep your produce.
Juice items in the listed order.*
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
*After juicing all the produce, I pour the pulp into a bowl and then re-juice the pulp to get all the juice I can.
