5-Ingredient Chocolate Avocado Truffles
Decadent and rich chocolate truffles free from dairy and refined sugar.

For the truffles
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 1/2 cups stevia-sweetened chocolate chips I used Lily’s
- 1-2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ? tsp sea salt
For rolling:
- Choice of raw cacao hemp hearts, or unsweetened/unsulphured shredded coconut
Optional boosters:
- 1 drop doTERRA peppermint or spearmint essential oil
- 2 tsp maca powder
Place all ingredients in the food processor (including any option boosters if using) and blend until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a bowl and allow to harden slightly in the fridge (about 40 minutes).
Remove from fridge and roll into one inch balls.
If using, roll truffles in desired toppings.
Enjoy immediately or keep in the fridge/freezer.
