- 1 ½ cups warm unsweetened non-dairy milk
- ½ cup dark cherries
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1-2 tbsp nut or seed butter of choice
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon or ½ - 1 drop doterra cinnamon essential oil
- ½ tsp ground ginger or ½ - 1 drop doterra ginger essential oil
Optional Boosters:
- 1 cup baby kale
